This site and our SouthCal Caledon advertising are operated by the Sam & Jasi Real Estate Team, RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage, an independent real estate brokerage. We are not the builder and do not represent DECO Homes. This policy explains what we collect when you register on southcalcaledon.ca or submit one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your answers to our short questions: the homes you are interested in, whether you plan to live in or invest, your buying timeline and whether you work with a realtor.
• How you found us (for example the ad, email or link you came from) and the floor plan you asked for.
• The date and time you gave consent.

How we use it

• To send you the SouthCal floor plans, pricing and the all-access email you asked for.
• To call, text or email you about SouthCal Caledon and other new-home opportunities that may suit you.
• To measure which of our ads and emails are useful, so we can improve them.

We never sell your information.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to run this site and our communications: Netlify (website hosting and form backup), Brevo (our contact list and emails) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads, lead forms and the Meta Pixel, which measures visits and registrations from our ads). These providers may store information outside Canada. We share your details with a builder's sales team only if you ask us to arrange a visit or purchase on your behalf.

Consent and unsubscribing

We contact you only with your consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply "stop" to any text or ask us on a call to stop contacting you. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages already sent.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you remain interested in new homes and for as long as needed for our brokerage records and legal obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at 647-560-0000 or 647-308-2809, or reply to any of our emails.

Cookies

This site stores a small flag in your browser so floor plans stay unlocked after you register, and uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad visits and registrations. You can clear these through your browser settings.
